Coupons for customers commendable, but wait time for servicing should be shortened. Dealership should also lower the cost of major maintenance costs like break pads and other breakworks, wheel alignment and balancing and remove shop charges.

I have not purchased a vehicle here so I cannot speak on the sales department. However, I moved to the area and now get my vehicle serviced here. It's not bad, but it's also not great and I'm tempted to drive much further back to the dealership where I was going before. They definitely don't go above and beyond like my other dealership. The gentleman called Isaac is astronomical. He did a fantastic job. Because of him, I will now be coming to this dealership for services and repairs. He was on top of his game, calling insurance company to arrange payment and services. Mr Isaac did so well that even the insurance adjuster praised him before me. MR ISAAC IS A GOOD MAN.

The initial advisor was kind but unfortunately their lack of communication and management made for a terrible experience. From checking in to the check out there was no communication regarding the status of my vehicle unless I engaged to included not discussing delays after being recommend services that were running behind. It’s unfortunate due to this being close to my house and was hoping to make this my new dealership to get serviced.
Had a great experience with Toyota. They were honest about the cost over the phone and didn't pressure me into extra packages that I didn't need. Drove off the lot same-day. Helpful and professional.

I initially came to the service department for a drivability issue on my 2014 Toyota Highlander. Check in went smooth with the service writer, but the service department totally botched the repairs. My final bill was over $8k and the vehicle still isn’t right. The service person, Oscar was very professional. Before leaving Oscar came to my car and showed me about eco, normal and sport. No one has ever explained this to me. It was very informative and helpful to me. After Oscar explained the modes, I tried doing what he told me on the way home and it worked. I was very happy about this. Oscar has a good personality and I believe he is a people person I hope I said his name correctly.

I scheduled a time for servicing and was immediately taken care of . They will inspect car with pictures sent via text . You can approve or not to recommend repairs with price included. Awesome service and wait time was sufficient. In my case 2 hours .I will take my car here from now on

Oscar helped us through the repair and he was absolutely wonderful- he communicated frequently and exceeded all expectations. We’re expecting our first child in just a few weeks so we let him know our time crunch and he worked very hard to see if other dealers had the part in stock so the tech could make the repair quickly.

This was the worse experience ever. Salesman made a promise to have repairs done on the car only to turn around and claim that was why a discount was given. Even the mechanic shared that the car we purchased should not have been allowed to leave the lot without the proper repairs made. Now they are putting it all back on the customer. Not honest people at all. They will say anything to get the sale. Would not recommend this place to anyone
